An investigation revealed the boy forcibly entered the victim’s residence on Thursday, Feb. 13 in Cortlandt, state police said.
He then proceeded to forcibly restrain and touch the victim for the purpose of sexual gratification, according to police.
The boy, whose name was not released due to status as a minor, was charged with:
- second-degree burglary, a Class C felony,
- forcible touching,
- unlawful imprisonment, both class A misdemeanors.
The boy was issued a Family Court Appearance Ticket for Thursday, Feb. 20.
